# Send the meeting bot

Let Reunia join Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

The bot joins as a participant, so the meeting needs a Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link.

1.  Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, so Reunia can see the meeting. You can do this during setup, from the connect card on Home, or from **Settings → Calendar**.
    
2.  During setup, choose **Send a meeting bot**.
    
3.  On the auto-join step, leave on the meetings you want captured: every meeting on your calendar, only external meetings, or only meetings you host.
    

When the meeting starts, the bot joins. The meeting shows under **Live now** on Home while it is happening, and under **Meetings** after it is captured.
