# Finish setup

Choose a spoken language, a capture method, auto-join, and a calendar.

The first time you sign in, Reunia walks through four steps. You can go back and change an earlier step before you finish.

## 1\. Spoken language

Pick the language people speak in your meetings, or choose **Auto Detect** and let Reunia identify it. This is the language of the transcript, not the language of the app menus.

## 2\. How meetings are captured

Choose one default:

-   **Send a meeting bot.** A bot joins Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams as a participant. This fits remote meetings.
    
-   **Use the desktop app.** Reunia records from your computer and does not join the call. This fits in-person meetings, and calls where you do not want a bot in the room.
    

## 3\. Auto-join

Turn on the meetings Reunia should capture from your calendar:

-   All meetings on your calendar
    
-   Only external meetings
    
-   Only meetings you host
    

Each option is its own switch.

## 4\. Calendar

Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. Reunia uses the calendar to find upcoming meetings, attendees, and agendas. You can connect the other calendar later from Home or from Settings.
