# Reset your password

Send a reset email when you cannot sign in with email.

On the sign-in page, choose **Forgot Password?** and enter the email on the account. Reunia sends a reset message to that address.

Open the message and set a new password. It has to meet the same rules as a new account: 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.

This applies to email-and-password accounts. If you sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, reset that password with the provider.
