A share link opens without a Reunia account. The visitor can read the summary, notes, transcript, and action items, and can ask a question about that meeting.
Send the link only to people who should have it. The share page shows the expiry. After the link expires, it no longer opens.
Renaming or deleting the meeting in your library does not change someone else’s library.
