Open Ask.
Type a question. A new chat starts with the first message. You can also choose New chat.
Send it. Reunia searches your meetings and writes the answer in the chat.
Under the answer, Sources lists the meetings the answer used. Open a source to read that meeting. Suggested questions under the answer are optional follow-ups.
Limit the meetings
Choose Add meetings and pin the meetings this chat should use. While any meeting is pinned, the answer stays inside that set. Remove a pin to widen the chat again. An empty pin list means Ask may use any meeting in your library.
After the answer
Copy answer copies the text.
Good answer or Poor answer sends feedback. For a poor answer you can say it was wrong, incomplete, from the wrong meeting, off the question, too long, in the wrong language, or something else, and you can add a note.
The chat menu can rename, download, or delete the chat.
Each question you send counts toward the monthly allowance. Suggestions, feedback, rename, and pins do not.
